The Association of Employee Shareholders at Renault Group (AASR) aims to bring together, inform, and represent employee shareholders and former employees of the group.

The association is independent, affiliated with the "Fédération Française des Associations d’Actionnaires Salariés (FAS)", and has no connection to the group or any labor organization. It operates solely through the contributions of its members and does not receive any subsidies.

I want to congratulate Renault's management, which has committed to having 10% employee shareholding within a few years in all of Renault's industrial sites. I believe in profit-sharing, I believe in participation, I believe in fair remuneration for your work and your commitment and I believe that nothing is better for the French economy than having employees who participate in the capital of their Company, who are shareholders of their Company, who own a part of their Company, because they feel depositary and responsible for their work tool. We no longer oppose, we bring together; we no longer fight, we work together in the same direction."
Bruno Lemaire (French Minister of the Economy and Finance), during his official visit to the Sandouville plant on March 29, 2024
