Association of Employee Shareholders at Renault Group
The Association of Employee Shareholders at Renault Group (AASR) aims to bring together, inform, and represent employee shareholders and former employees of the group.
The association is independent, affiliated with the "Fédération Française des Associations d’Actionnaires Salariés (FAS)", and has no connection to the group or any labor organization. It operates solely through the contributions of its members and does not receive any subsidies.
“The issue of employee share ownership is fundamental for us. In fact, we made the very clear decision several years ago to reach approximately 10% of the Group's capital held by employees as quickly as possible. I am absolutely certain that we should reach this objective within 3, 4, or 5 years. That this Group belongs to the employees who so wish is, I would say, a basic principle of our responsible capitalism. Essentially, we have always promoted this principle. So we will pursue it with determination. The relationships I have regularly with the employee shareholders' association are extremely cordial and closely monitored, and I value them greatly. In the times ahead, the strength of the Group's capital is a considerable asset.” Jean-Dominique Senard, Chairman of Renault Group, April 30, 2026, at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
Coming together to better exercise, together, our rights and in particular that of participating in the governance of our company... this is the reason for existence of the AASR.
