Owning more shares, however, will not be enough if, when important decisions for the Company are made, employee shareholders are not informed, organized...

...and able to act together. Dispersed capital is a silent force. Capital united around a common purpose becomes a force that matters.

Our mission is therefore twofold: to strengthen the place of employees in the Company's share capital and to develop their capacity for collective action.

Every day, through the excellence of our work, the quality of our products, the mastery of our technologies, and the trust of our customers, each of us helps give RENAULT the means to remain a strong and independent company.
But our commitment is also exercised at Shareholders' Meetings, wherever shareholders' rights are exercised.

Let us not leave it to others alone to decide the future of what generations of employees have built.

To act, we must understand. To understand, we must have access to clear, independent, and accessible information. This is the purpose of the AASR: to bring together, inform, and represent employee and former employee shareholders, without providing individual investment recommendations and in full respect of the principle of equality among shareholders.
The Company cannot disclose everything to its employee shareholders, notably because of its obligations as a listed issuer, market regulations, and the need to ensure equal access to information. The AASR, as an independent association by nature, provides perspective, distinguishes facts from analysis, and gives everyone the means to exercise their rights freely and with full awareness.

A share owned is a stake in the Company.
A vote exercised is a stake in its future.
